La Biscuitery Atelier in Montréal is where all our macarons are produced from scratch. Our original artisan techniques and French patisserie know-how are put forward to create exquisite macarons. We carefully select our ingredients and only use natural aromas to give our macarons their unique taste. In order to bring out all the subtle notes of in our creations, we use cold (freezer) instead of sugar. When savouring a La Biscuitery macaron, you will bite into a crisp rounded shell and a soft center filled with premium chocolate ganache. Our only objective is to induce beautiful memories to everybody that shares our macarons.
