All our macarons collection are produced from scratch at our La Biscuitery's Atelier in Montreal. Our original artisan techniques and French patisserie know-how are put forward to create exquisite macarons. We carefully select our ingredients and only use natural aromas to give our macarons their unique taste. In order to bring out all the subtle notes in our creations, we use cold (freezer) instead of sugar. When savouring a La Biscuitery macaron, you will bite into a crisp rounded shell and a soft creamy center filled with premium Belgian chocolate.
